After all, yolo!
For a while now I’ve been working on an illustration idea focused around a little red-haired piece of gluten known as “GingerBread” Here you can see the progression from beginning to end. Please help the little guy get printed on a shirt by giving him a “5” HERE!
Hey Everyone! Last week Threadless released a 16-shirt collection of designs by ME! They came all the way to Portland to throw a launch party and film this little spot about me! Coolness overload!
Here are all the NEW SHIRTS!
The launch party was also TONS of fun! I did a large drawing there that was raffled off at the end of the night!
This summer I spent three weeks in Germany. Upon my return I attempted to create an illustration that adequately reflected the intricacies of German culture and their fine cuisine.
Up for scoring NOW on Threadless!
Hope you like it!
When the below “Beatles” shirt was designed by Experimental Jetset in 2001 it was indeed an innovative and awesome new rendition of a “band” shirt.
HOWEVER….
People have a tendency of re-using innovative ideas until there is no innovation left. That is certainly the case with the Beatles tee. A version has been done of every band you can think of and rip-offs of the design have spread like a virus. This is probably also due to the fact that all you really need to design it is a word processor. Anyway, I’ve been thinking if it would be possible to reverse a trend like this. That’s how I came up with the design below.
Score this design: “Cliche,” to help it get printed on Threadless!
